WHAT WE OFFER

Major tasks and responsibilities

1. Responsible for timely and accurate processing of specific transactions in management accounting area according to standard process documentation. E.g. Standard price calculation for new products, Maintenance of Cost objects and allocation scenarios, Weekly monitoring & analysis on Product cost development and give feedback for follow-up actions.

2. Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities in area of management accounting(i.e. Value Flow Management, Product costing and Inventory valuation, Service Accounting) per agreed closing calendar and solve system errors (Runbook/SAP) if any by contacting with relevant functions to facilitate a smooth closing process.

3. Implement Yearly cost run and Yearly allocation scenario update for the company assigned.

4. Deliver monthly Report Back & Alignment Calls to the Country platforms in order to summarize changes, status and address continuous improvements topics.

5. Confidently handle audit (e.g. ICS or process audit, internal audit, external audit) and achieve the positive audit result.

Jobholder provides timely and accurate processing of specific accounting transactions of the country organization, with main focus on Management Accounting processes.

Working relations

Up line management: SCS Management Accounting supervisor, SCS manager

Network / interfaces: Accounting platform, SSO, ICS Manager/Contact, internal and external audit, Group platform functions (Controlling, Procurement, IT), business functions (Product Management, Production, Order Management etc.)

Qualifications

Education:

• A bachelor degree, preferable in finance and accounting.

• Certified Public Accountant or comparable professional education preferred

Skills/experiences

• Approximately 3 years working experience in finance/accounting department or other similar positions with basic knowledge on system settings and internal controls

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills

• English language skills mandatory, any other language is beneficial

• Experience with ERP Accounting Software/SAP is required

• Proficient in MS Office such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
