Key Responsibilities include:
1) Provide high-quality routine secretarial assistance, support the team and senior executives for their daily work.
2) Manage calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings and teleconferences.
3) Arrange air tickets, visa application, accommodation and logistics.
4) Effectively provide on-site support for sales meetings, workshops and training sessions.
5) Meet and receive visitors at all levels of seniority.
6) Collect and summary reports related to Technology Solutions office employees
7) Manage vendors and work closely with Admin teams of other BUs & HQ.
8) Support office systems coordination like tickets system, concur, EPM and etc.
9) Support office purchasing process. Familiar with Ariba system will be an advantage.
10) Support HR on new hire on board and exit related process.
11) Internal & external communication
12) Other assignments in case of necessity.
Requirements:
- College Degree or above, preferably in administration management or Secretarial
- 3-5 years working experience in similar position in MNC
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- In-depth knowledge of office procedures and administration management;
Strong multi-task, ability to follow-through and attention to details;
Good organization sensitivity;
Excellent problem solving skill;
Professional and proactive service attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure;
An enthusiastic and motivated team player, with good communication skills;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point.
