honestbee's Management Associate Program comprises of a 6 months rotation across various business units and functional teams at honestbee's headquarters in Singapore. It is designed to cultivate the future leaders of honestbee.

What we can offer:

• In each rotation, you will contribute to the team's short-term and long-term goals, take ownership on critical projects, as well as derive insights and make suggestions to improve workflows. You will partner with core team members as well as senior management, so the ability to be both hands-on and strategic are crucial. Your work is meant to encompass the entire business value chain so it may vary frequently - example scenarios include speaking with delivery bees on the ground to detect operational inefficiencies; partnering with senior management to oversee the P&L; overseeing a trade show booth to market our latest campaign; partnering with the talent acquisition team to hire additional team members
• All travel and accommodation are covered and traveler's insurance provided while you are in Singapore.
• On completion of the program, you will either return to Taiwan or posted to one of honestbee's markets to infuse your learnings and insights with the team. You will be further mentored to assume roles that best fit your personal strengths in accordance to our business priorities.

As a Management Associate, you should possess the following requirements:

• 3-5 years progressive work experience with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Strong with data analysis, time and project management, excellent proficiency in verbal and written English
• Comfortable dealing with changes and adapting to an ambiguous environment
• Ability to grasp new concepts, acquiring new ways of seeing things, and revising ways of thinking and behaving
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with stakeholders from all levels
• Ability to balance a diverse set of tasks of varying priorities with limited oversight
• A team player who is detail oriented and quality driven
• A strong interest and passion in Startups and E-Commerce is a must
