Principle Activities (工作职责)

• Management trainees will be systematically trained and carry out 2 years rotation study in production department, logistics department, quality department, industry engineering department, injection department etc. They will be fixed at a suitable management position according to their performance and potential.
• Learn to master the production process, manage the daily work of auxiliary management, on-site maintenance and improvement of machinery and equipment. Learn to master the logistics process, warehouse management, production control and material planning. Learn to master quality products and incoming inspection, automotive industry quality standards, internal audit standards, familiarity with quality tools, and how to handle customer complaints. For non-operational positions, familiar with the overall process and cooperation with various departments.
• Participating in the daily business, support and assumption of tasks (e.g. participation in the further development of processes and systems; support in the optimization of interfaces within the company; participation in the creation of evaluations, statistics and presentations for supervisors and decision-makers; creation and maintenance of documentation and information documents (e.g. process documentations, sets of slides, brochures etc.) upon consultation etc.)
• Implementation and assumption of smaller (short-/medium-term) projects within the area/ the department with personal responsibility (e.g. creation of project reports, presentations as well as documentations etc.)

Job Requirements (任职要求)

• Bachelor degree
• 1-2 years professional working experience after graduation
• Fluent English as well as knowledge of another foreign language (preferably German)
• Excellent skills on data analytics and related tools
