Understood OSS product and development process

• Understood prototype process, key steps and outcome

• Understood testing main process, key factors which influence the result

• Understood lab management procedure and control process

• Understood lab statistics and the linkage in between

• Experience and success in handling at least 3 different roles within prototyping and testing

• Experience and success in at least 5 prototyping or testing failure analysis

Bi-monthly reporting progress and propose action plans
