Job Description:

1. Rotate among the various departments in order to develop familiarity with the whole organization and its functions.

2. Learn product line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies with practice that affect each phase of business.

3. Acquire knowledge of all the standards, procedures and methods that are needed for departmental duties and performance.

4. Set performance goals and objectives with upper management.

5. Other assignments may be directed by the Management.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• College Degree or above is required.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

-Minimum 3 years sales or business development experience- transportation and logistics or related industry sales background would be highly valued

• Dynamic, sales driven and motivated, professional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of sales success
• Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs
