PROGRAM HIGHLIGHT

The 24-month Management Trainee (MT) program aims to identify and develop young talents to be the future leaders in our Company. During the MT program, the trainees will be provided with comprehensive learning, on-the-job exposure and project assignments to gain professional knowledge and skills.

The two most important traits that we are looking are passion for the financial markets and being a team player. We need thinkers who can come up with ideas on their own without much guidance.

Managerial positions may be offered to trainees with outstanding performance and proven capabilities after completing the 24-month program.

• Report to Director
• Assist in ad hoc projects or training as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong desire in pursuing a long term career in financial industry
• Proactive, strong analytical thinking, a fast learner and good team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with Japanese culture is an advantage
• Fluency in Putonghua and/or Japanese (JLPT N1) is an advantage
• Good knowledge in financial industry, e.g. Hong Kong equities, Corporate Finance, Asset Management, etc. is an advantage
• Degree holder or above in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Translation, Japanese Studies or related discipline
