Graduate Program – Engineering /PM Global OSS

What we offer:

? As part of the 18-month Graduate Program (start October/November 2017), you will be prepared for an assignment in one of the following specializations
o Engineering – Mechatronics and Integrated Safety (Alfdorf – Germany)
o Engineering – Systems Engineering (Valladolid – Spain)
o Engineering - Prototyping and Testing (Aschau – Germany)
o Project Management (Vigo – Spain or Alfdorf – Germany)
? Based on an individually tailored rotation plan, you will get on-the-job knowledge of different areas within Engineering, Project Management and aligning functions
? Right from the start, you will work on project-based tasks within your own responsibility
? You will be in constant contact with our management and you will regularly present the outcomes of your projects; a mentor from the management team will accompany and support you during this time.
? Per your professional development and your individual needs you will participate in relevant training sessions and other development measures
? During these 18 months, you will have the opportunity to spend time in our locations abroad

Your profile:

? Master degree in Engineering field or Business Administration
? First work experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
? (Work) experience outside home country is an advantage
? Strategic skills, result oriented thinking, high degree of independence and commitment
? Excellent communication skills, confident behavior and motivation
? Very good English language skills
? Flexibility to work in other countries/locations, cultural awareness
? Very good MS Office skills
