Nature of work：

In the two years’ rotation program, you will:

• Work with different teams and gain practical experience insale operations, supply chain management, marketing, finance and a host ofother fields that you are passionate about and contribute to make an impact;
• Develop all-round management skills and apply them across ourretail business;
• Be mentored by members of the company’s top managements andwork alongside the most experienced and senior leaders.

Successfully graduate from the 2-year program, you will:

• Be assigned as middle level managers in the key functionsof Giordano in Greater China or in the Group.

The job description：

• Shop Attachment (3 months) in Guangzhou or Shenzhen;
• Office Rotation (3-6 months x 3 functions/departments);

Challenging & Solid Training: Intense & compacted training to leadfast-track development of management skills

International Exposure: To work indifferent departments and regions to learn and contribute

Self-Oriented: To develop self-career by being allowedand encouraged to make business decisions within a global framework

• Pre-permanent Rotation (3-6 months);
• Program Assessment & Graduation.
