A British University office is looking for suitable candidates to join our organization as management trainees (Sales & Marketing / Customers Services)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide university admission consultation to students and parents;
• Assist in monitoring and driving the consultation business which includes, but is not limited to, presenting at regular seminars, conducting private consultations, Q&A sessions and attending exhibitions etc.;
• Recruit students and manage parent relations;
• Handle incoming inquiries and application on a daily basis;
• To plan and execute our brands communications on various social marketing platforms, including Facebook, QQ, Weibo, Twitter, LinkedIn and on social media networks
• Provide feedback on improvements based on deliverables received and comments from clients;
• Arrange and invigilate tests and examinations that required by universities

Requirements:

• An appropriate university degree. Overseas study experience (preferably from the UK) is an advantage;
• Good communication/interpersonal skills in both speaking and writing;
• Customer service oriented, enjoy meeting with people & willing to learn;
• Strong organization skills and able to work both independently and as a team;
• Able to work multitasking under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Knowledge of  different social media platforms, either from work or personal use; in particular, Facebook, QQ, Twitter and LinkedIn is preferred;
• Fresh graduates are welcome
