Commercial Early Career Leadership Program

The commercial track is perfect for someone who is driven to, and passionate about, leading others in a commercial function at an accelerated pace. In this program, you will experience three commercial roles: sales, marketing and a third-year placement in whichever role you prefer to target the right career development path for you. Understanding the commercial business from these different perspectives will fast track your career path toward a commercial leadership role, allowing you to end your first three years with an understanding of the customer mindset and savvy leadership skills. The ideal candidate for this program is someone with a commercial background who isn’t afraid to dig into the technical aspects of our products and markets.

Requirements:

• Passionate, enthusiastic individuals who are ready to take on a challenge
• Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Sales, Marketing or Systems Engineering or similar major
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Demonstrate leadership aptitude with the desire to build a career in the commercial world
• At least two relevant internships, or less than one year of working experience is required

Positions within the Commercial Early Career Leadership Program will be based in Shanghai.
