Our centre currently offers two programmes within the NCUK system:
• International Foundation Year (IFY)
• Pre-Master’s Programme (PMP)

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
• A competitive salary of 16000 to 20000 RMB monthly based on qualifications
• 8000 RMB flight reimbursement at the completion of a year contract.

POSITION INFORMATION
• Teaching Management and Research Methods Courses
• Commencement - September/October 2019
• 5 working days per week (Monday – Friday)
• 18-20 teaching hours per week plus 20 office hours
• Class size: 16 students (Ages: ~18-23)
• Located in Shenyang

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience
• Master's Degree in a relevant field (Management/Business) OR MBA
• MUST be a native speaker of English OR holds a degree from an English speaking country (in order to process working visa)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills including
native speaker fluency in English.
• Competence in the effective use of Information and Communications
Technologies (ICT).
• Demonstrable cross-cultural awareness and understanding of Chinese culture
• The ability to set, review and mark formative and summative assessments in
line with a published syllabus.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• A commitment to teamwork, to working flexibly and to seeking solutions to
problems.
• Experience analysing Qualitative and Quantitative data
• Proven planning and organizational skills and an ability to take initiative
within curriculum and policy objectives.
• The ability to contribute to programme development.
• The ability to set, review and mark formative and summative assessments in
line with a published syllabus.
• A record of attention to detail, thoroughness and fairness.
• The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, work under pressure and, when
necessary, with minimal resources.
