Program Managers responsible for all new product phases project qualification, development till release to customer

• Lead factory cross functional teams on new project resources definition / planning, project scheduling,  executes qualification plans and deliver new product per roadmap & milestones with budget control
• Closely work with CORP functional teams on tech requirements to ensure new product transition in time with quality
• Ensure full MFG readiness on new product smoothly ramp up
• Serve as focal contact window for new products inside and outside factory

  REQUIRED:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent with Engineering related majors
• 8 years + related experience on NPI project management scope in IC assembly & test field
• Be familiar with memory product or assembly process or memory product (Flash is preferred)
• Fluent English communication skill and oral expression

PREFERRED:

• Full project experience with assembly manufacturing as well as new project localization
• Fluent English communication skill and oral expression
• Knowledge of planning function and more experience of coordination with internal & external customers abroad would be preferred
• Demonstrated skills in project management required
• Ability to work well in a high-pace dynamic environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure task completion and deadlines are met as required
• Ability to present to all level of management / stakeholders on performance metrics 
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Strong communication and influencing skills
