Job Description

As a Project Manager you will work with an experienced cross-function
team to drive system automation to meet supply chain, planning digitalization requirements. You will

  • Identify opportunities of system automation by being familiar with planning and operation processes from end to end processes: demand forecasting, production planning, WO releasing, master scheduling, material delivery, shipment dispatch, etc.
  • Be the project lead and coordinate with a cross-functional team from Sales operation, Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics, IT to drive planning system solution
  • Follow up project progress in order to hit the project timeline
  • Simulate the test scenarios and coordinate the UAT
  • Develop big data analytics by using machine learning algorithm

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master degree or above in Computer Science, mathematics or related technical field
  • Strong hands-on experience with software development in C#/C++/python, js/spotfire is plus
  • Familiar with application database structure design and application program development, skilled with oracle/sql server
  • Design and develop architecture/modules/features in software to meet business requirement;
  • Excellent software design, problem solving and debugging skills
  • Embrace challenging new technologies
  • Strong self-learning ability, communication skill, project management skills.
  • Logic thinking
