Key Responsibilities:

  • This is an individual contributor role in planning within supply chain.
  • Expectations for this role are to lead master data cleaning project, setup the reporting system and improve the core processes to increase planning working efficiency & improve the planning automation level
  • Collaborate closely with LSC planning & purchasing team, China LSC commercial team & global LOB to drive planning maturity improvement for the LSC business, both demand planning and supply planning wise.
  • Strong SAP knowledge (SD/MM module) & planning knowledge are mandatary required.
  • Access/VB skill is preferred.
  • This position interacts with all levels of internal personnel requiring strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Effectiveness in this role also requires functional knowledge of corporate operations.
  • The job encounters recurring work situations of diverse scope and moderate to high complexity with frequent variations from the norm.
  • Potential team leader/manager with good people management skills, Mature leadership is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or equivalent field, Masters or MBA preferred.
  • Requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Requires a minimum of 8 years relevant demand planning or data analysis experience, people management, project management experience preferred. Must have experience in Master Production Planning, Capacity Planning Process, DPP, MRP, Inventory Management in global, complex, high SKU environments.
  • Experienced in Sales Forecasting and Inventory Management.
  • Experienced in working in a collaborative matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with APICS or equivalent certification is a plus.
