Manage the delivery of guest service within Wardrobe Department consistent with the company’s core service standards

Determine the collection and receipt of the uniform process

Ensure that the Wardrobe Department is managed and operated efficiently according to the standards

Spot check the condition of uniforms and standards of cleaning upon receipt from the laundry

Ensure that minor repairs and alteration work is carried out to standard

Ensure that there are sufficient uniforms and linen for circulation and that supplies are kept at proper par level. Coordinate and plan all inventory items. Prepare and assist with annual uniforms and linen orders

Maintain close liaison with laundry service company to ensure that the laundered uniforms and linens are in top quality condition and the service provided meets the standards

Be responsible for the checking and maintenance of all work tools and equipment

Monitor the operation of the uniform conveyor system

Works closely with Facilities and maintenance company to ensure conveyor system operates at full efficiency and capacity

Works closely with all the departments to have a good understanding of other departments’ needs and operational flows

Prepare daily work assignments and staff productivity, determining manning levels

Manage and monitor fiscal budget

Supervise, mentor, train, schedule and evaluate team members

Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction at all times

Diploma or Bachelor Degree

3 – years’ of related working experience in Managerial Level

Strong leadership skills and ability to operate and successfully arbitrate in a complex international, multicultural environment

Proven ability to recruit, motivate and direct a professional team member

Excellent time management, organizational, communication and motivational skills

Organize staffing effectively in the situation of sudden increases of business volume

Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, Good in English

Familiar with GIMS system

Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
