  • Available on all shift as needed, overall management of Butler Department both daily and long term.
  • Coordinate the schedule for all Team members, when doing schedule, take into account forecast, special events and staff requests
  • Assist in the training and introductory on going to all team members, Excellent professional presentation and grooming. Perform all service, duties and tasks in a professional manner
  • Maintain guest profile and take appropriate action, attend daily meeting with Paiza Reception, Housekeeping, Guest Service, Food & Beverage, Facility, and Call center department
  • Be able to support butler assistance to the other department, and respond to guest request and answer questions about Venetian Macau Limited Properties. When unable to answer, take the time to research the answer and respond in an appropriate manner
  • Know, adhere to and practice all aspects of Unmatched Service Standards, Be able to escort guest from any location in the hotel/casino to suites and serve the guest as needed, including but not limited to: Hotel tour, suite tour, explanation of service, unpacking and packing of luggage and others
  • Be able to work in high stress area, making clear concise decision based on sound of business parameters
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent property data, and ability to understand complete guest’s service needs
  • Ability to work cohesively with all team members, Butlers, Housekeeping, Guest Service, Paiza Reception, International Marketing and Food & beverage department
  • Ability to understand cost control and budgeting procedures, coordinate the inventory and ordering of all necessary products, supplies and equipment, operate micros to standards to order Food & Beverages.
  • Clean and maintain work areas to Sands Macau standard, and communicate with team members via radio or any communications system provided
  • Fulfill guests’ request as long as they are safe, legal and economically sound, and perform other assignments as needed

Position Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Diploma Degree in Customer Service
  • 6 – 8 years’ working experience in Managerial level
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, including in suite dining.
  • Knowledge of Wines & spirits
  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English skills are mandatory
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office, LMS or Opera System
