Account Based Marketing Manager

 

Position Summary:

Bentley is seeking an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join our global marketing team as we rapidly scale and optimize our Account Based Marketing programs. Reporting to the Senior ABM Manager, this role is responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of account-based marketing initiatives for our top enterprise accounts. You will work closely with regional, industry, and product marketers to build and launch highly personalized campaigns to drive demand generation and increase product usage. Additionally, you’ll interface regularly with our sales and user success teams to support cross-functional goals and adoption of ABM software.

 

Location:  This role is remote, based from a home office in the US.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and measure one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many campaigns
  • Create and maintain internal documentation for building scalable ABM programs
  • Report on the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Identify content needs & curate content that aligns with buyer’s journey
  • Develop and maintain target audience segments utilizing intent data and contact enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Bombora, Clearbit and 6sense.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience with demonstrated success in B2B marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing
  • Experience with ABM and Marketing Automation software such as (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Folloze, Demandbase and Terminus)
  • ITSMA, Demandbase, or equivalent ABM certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree - Marketing or Business focus preferred or relevant experience 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced global environment with a keen attention to detail
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
  • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Must be high energy, passionate and have a positive "can do" attitude
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
  • This role does not require travel
