Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage overall facilities management and administration operations of Hong Kong office, including but not limited to procurement, vendor management, travel & reception management, inventory control and equipment maintenance, etc
- Manage office budget planning and control, tenancy agreements, office renovation
- Formulate and review facilities management and administration policies and procedures regularly
- Prepare regular reports and analysis for management review
- Participate in ad-hoc project as and when required
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Degree or above in Business Administration, or related discipline
- At least 12 years of relevant experiences from sizable companies in which at least 5 years at supervisory role in leading a team with subordinates in different functions of the department
- Good understanding of business support and establish rapport with all levels of people with strong business sense
- Strong negotiation, communication and supervisory skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, meticulous, multi-tasking and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
