Job Description

1.  According to the company's marketing strategy, make investment plan, and target decomposition;  

2.  Ensure the development and reasonable layout of marketing network;  

3.  Analyze market trends and write analysis reports;  

4.  Improve the market share and competitiveness of products in the region;  

5.  Maintain long-term good relationship with customers, and maintain the company's brand image;  

6.  Make regular channel dynamic adjustment according to marketing plan;  

7.  Responsible for daily work and business management, command, supervision, inspection, implementation of subordinates;  

8.  Participate in the project market research, market and related data analysis, provide basis for the completion of the project report;  

9.  Participate in the development of project marketing strategy, write various preliminary plans, to form the overall project report;  

10.  Formulate and write advertising, pricing, packaging strategies, opening strategies, promotional activities and other marketing plans of the project;  

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in real estate, business administration, finance, statistics, economics or related is preferred  

2. At least 8 years of real estate planning and research experience, including 3 years of team management experience  

3. Familiar with the real estate market in South China and have a keen sense of commercial real estate market  

4. Good English writing ability, logical thinking ability, excellent writing ability and presentation ability
