Responsibilities:

  • Support the maturing and implementation of the Outsourcing Framework and champion its adoption through effective communication with all levels within the organisation

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all Functional Areas to monitor group and third-party outsourced service provider relationships, driving resolution and timely closure of non-performance issues against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Present timely status updates to senior management

  • Analyse and rationalise complex data sets to provide critical insights to senior leaders and PayPal Boards on the health of the Affiliate Services Program

  • Operationalise Affiliate Services processes for newly licensed/regulated entities globally concerning Outsourcing obligations

  • Support the Accountability Model Reporting process for Global Entity Management

  • Support the preparation of the quarterly Affiliate Services updates to the PayPal Boards

  • Keep abreast of all regulatory changes impacting the Affiliate Services framework/obligations (new and evolving regulations) and internal policy changes

  • Support regulatory and internal audit inspections

  • Ensure all Affiliate Services documentation meets regulatory and policy requirements and drive digitisation efforts

  • Assist in contract review processes related to intercompany and third-party outsourcing agreements

  • Support key stakeholder in PayPal entities receiving services and assist with the collation and reporting of any data, queries or remediation efforts relating to the services provided

  • Drive continuous improvement in the monitoring processes required to meet business or regulatory needs

  • Maintain outsourcing chain documentation and central repository of agreements

  • Support the Affiliate Services Quality Assurance program

  • Foster a close working relationship with Global Functional Areas, Legal, Compliance, Tax and Transfer Pricing

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned, such as framework and operational improvements, strengthening of internal controls, streamlining reports and processes

Experience & Skills:

  • Four years + experience required, ideally experience in areas such as regulatory projects (gap assessments, planning and implementation)

  • Excellent project management skills and experience in business administration or business law

  • Strong subject matter knowledge across multiple PayPal functional areas/disciplines highly beneficial

  • Credit product/process experience would also be an advantage
