Job Description
What you will do:
- Lead in overall pre-sales technical support for existing and new solutions.
- 独立承担已有及新解决方案的技术支持及应用工作；
- Lead in analyzing customer business, operation, security&safety requirements and translating them into feasible technical solutions or services.
- 负责分析客户业务、运维、安全需求，并能将其转换为可行的技术解决方案或服务；
- Lead in pre-sales technical support for key projects, including understanding proactively and evaluating customer and market requirements, then preparing the RFP.
- 负责重点项目的售前技术支持，主动理解并评估客户及市场需求，准备解决方案；
- Lead in technical project management for key projects, including proposing system architecture, managing and tracking of project budget, cost, time and risk management, establishing and maintaining good relationship with customers
- 在重点项目实施期间，负责项目的技术管理，包括技术架构制定，项目预算、成本、时间及风险管控等，并能建立及维护良好的客户关系；
- Lead in providing training to application engineers, sales, operation/project team and customers.
- 负责对应用工程师、销售、运营/项目团队及客户提供技术培训；
- Lead in development and delivery of solution
- 领导解决方案的开发及交付；
- Lead in representing the solution/product to customers in house or at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
- 领导在内部或现场（会议、研讨会等）向客户介绍方案；
- Lead and participate in the installation and deployment of our solution within our customer’s environment
- 领导及参与客户真实环境中解决方案的安装及部署；
- Responsible for guiding the troubleshooting in the projects, keeping smooth communication with internal stakeholders and customers before resolution.
- 针对项目中出现的技术问题，能够进行技术分析直到解决，并且在解决前保持与客户及地区工程师和销售的良好沟通；
- Involved in selling, pre-sales and in proof-of-concept conceptualization
- 参与解决方案概念验证阶段的销售及支持；
- Involved in proposing product/solution roadmap, requirement definition, evaluation of outsourced vendors etc.
- 参与制定团队的技术路线图、产品需求定义、外包公司评估等技术工作；
- Involved in providing technical support for marketing and business development.
- 市场推广以及业务开拓的技术支持；
- Collect the intelligence of customer, industry, market, competitor, and emerging technology, and have in-depth insight into customer demand trends and new technology developments.
- 收集客户、行业、市场、竞争对手、新技术等情报，并对客户需求趋势以及新技术发展具有深入的洞察能力。
Qualifications
What we look for:
- Minimum of 5-year experiences in security/fire/Building Automation/ELV industries
- 具有安防、消防、楼控或弱电集成等行业5年以上的从业经验；
- Considering in priority those candidates with the experience of development, debugging, and deployment in integrated management platform, Video Management System(VMS), Access Control system (ACS), Building Management System(BMS)
- 优先考虑具备集成管理平台软件、视频监控系统、门禁管理系统、楼控系统的开发、调试、部署经验者；
- Have extensive experience in software industries such as typical software architectures, databases, middleware, etc.
- 具有针对各种典型软件架构、数据库、中间件等软件行业的丰富经验；
- Project management experiences and proven track record in successfully deploying large-scale projects。
- 具有被证实的大型软件项目现场管理经验；
- Strong interest and insights on relevant cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things(IOT), and Artificial Intelligence(AI)
- 对云计算、大数据、物联网、人工智能等相关前沿技术具有浓厚的兴趣和独到见解；
- Familiar with server, network device configuration, and IT solution planning
- 熟悉服务器、网络设备配置和方案规划；
- Ability to work independently, reliable, self-discipline, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- 能够独立工作，可靠，自律，并能够在快节奏的环境中适应；
- Exceptionally strong analytical and problem solving skill.
- 卓越的问题分析以及解决技巧；
- Team player with the ability to work cross functionally and to work with all levels of staff

- Ability to be innovative and drive continuous improvement
- 具备创新及驱动持续改进的思维。
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- 计算机科学、信息技术、软件工程等相关专业，本科以上学历；
- Certification in PMP would be highly regarded
- 最好具有PMP证书；
- Strong Chinese language and Good English language is mandatory
- 良好的英文听说读写水平;
