Responsibilities

• Assess, review and approve loan proposals with delegated authority;
• Exercise due diligence to ensure all loans are in compliance with internal policy and Money Lenders Ordinance;
• Manage and monitor loan portfolio proactively to reduce delinquency and bad debt by taking proactive action;
• Make contribution to formulate credit policies to assist business growth and maximize profitability;
• Participate in loan system development, regular and ad hoc projects ;
• Company Visit and Site Inspection when required.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above, preferably Degree holder in Banking, Finance or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in consumer finance industry, with good knowledge in mortgage, personal and SME loan;
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
• Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager.
