Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate agreements of the group, including non-disclosure agreements, service provider agreements, vendor agreements and other general commercial documents and contracts;
• Prepare the draft and review various capital markets related, financing related, funds related and direct investment related corporate and commercial documents and agreements;
• Assist with due diligence and translation, conduct researches for legal, compliance and risk related issues;
• Assist in managing legal risks generally, including liaison with counterparties, external counsels and other professional parties;
• Provide legal advice and support to Hong Kong, Mainland and Singapore teams and other ad-hoc legal related duties and assignments outside Mainland.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years' qualified to PQE (admitted or to be admitted in Hong Kong);
• Methodical and attention to detail;
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin);
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Immediate available is preferred; 
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Legal & Risk Manager.
