FA comprises several distinct but related global service lines whose shared principal objective is the creation and enhancement of shareholder and stakeholder value. Deloitte Forensic Services assist organizations in managing forensic issues and focus on outcomes that address reputation protection, asset recovery and prevention.Work You'll do: Lead the team while conducting forensic enquiries and litigation support engagementsPlan the scope of work, monitor, supervise and review work from staff on Deloitte Forensic engagementsDraft reports of findings for partner review and for clients in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with Deloitte policies and quality/performance standards, within the team Participate in major client pursuits including proposal preparation and attending business development events Manage and supervise senior and junior staff in day to day work Be responsible for group administration, training, overall evaluation and counseling of subordinatesContribute to the management of the Forensic practice, through an active involvement in practice development activitiesMaintain a professional image both within and outside of the firmYour role as a leader: Act as a role model and inspires others to embrace and live our purpose and valuesActively contribute to building the talent pipeline; create a talent experience that attracts, develop and retain top talent and high performing teamsCreate opportunities to drive impact; anticipate client needs and delivers superior results by leveraging each person’s strengths to build high performing teams across businesses and bordersBuild deep relationships across a diverse network and uses a flexible influencing style to gain buy-in and drive impactTranslate broader strategy into a compelling team vision and goals; align the team and sets priorities to achieve objectivesApply deep knowledge of disruptive trends and competitor activity to drive continuous improvementEstablish a strong leadership brand and inspire followership through passion, integrity, and appreciation of others Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Law or related disciplinesCertification of CICPA, HKICPA or relevant qualification is requiredFor Manager, 5 years' of relevant experience in forensic/law field including work of an investigative nature or internal audit with exposure to fraud enquiresFor Associate Director, 8 years' of relevant experience in forensic/law field including work of an investigative nature or internal audit with exposure to fraud enquires Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills.Strong analytical, interview and proposal preparation skillsA clear business sense with good communication skills, a team player and the willingness to work under pressure, as well as the commitment to deliver a quality client serviceAble to handle multiple projects at the same time with competing deadlines Ability to process, summarise and provide logical solutions from large quantities of data/information receivedMindful of matters around them and maintain a high level of skepticismEstablished practice, client base or market eminence in a key industry or service area Demonstrate technical excellence, in order to manage and execute complex forensic projects, such as accounting and fraud investigations, regulatory enquiries and complex business litigation mattersMature, proactive and committedExcellent leadership, project management, business development and interpersonal skills.Willing to travel at short notice and may be last for certain period of time.
