Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating business strategy plans and follow up on the progress of plans and plans; 
• Work closely with internal and external parties for due diligence, financial modelling and legal negotiation; 
• Assist in the preparation of public announcement/presentations and work on investor roadshow; 
• Evaluate with the group's assets and debts, assist in the formulation of equity and financing plans;
• Research, implement and evaluate of relevant financing schemes;
• Carry out a series of capital operation case studies for top management;
• Prepare investment evaluation reports for the Investment Committee

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above; CPA, CFA or relevant investment professional qualification is essential. 
• Manager position requires 2 years or above mainland China's commercial real estate  M&A, Financing and Private Equity investment experience, preferably in real estate. ##Candidates with less experience will be considered for AM / Associate role; 
• Well connected in the commercial real estate market in China for proactive deal sourcing; 
• Strong in financial modelling and powerpoint skills; 
• Strong English & Chinese report writing skills; 
• Strong written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese; 
• Experience in working in Mainland Chinese entities in Hong Kong will be a plus; 
• Travelling may be required.
