Job Description

Manager/Asst. Manager - Revenue & Reservations (Local Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Is responsible for the implementation of RM methods in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand’s marketing and customer’s needs.
  • Is responsible for having all the revenue management processes in place in the hotel.
  • Manage & Lead reservation operations.
  • Train the reservation team
  • Effectively resolve guest related concern with the reservation team
  • Produce the analysis for revenue & demand
  • Inventory Management
  • Sound knowledge of Opera
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skill
