Job Description
Manager/Asst. Manager - Revenue & Reservations (Local Contract)
Key Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for the implementation of RM methods in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand’s marketing and customer’s needs.
- Is responsible for having all the revenue management processes in place in the hotel.
- Manage & Lead reservation operations.
- Train the reservation team
- Effectively resolve guest related concern with the reservation team
- Produce the analysis for revenue & demand
- Inventory Management
- Sound knowledge of Opera
- Effective communication & interpersonal skill
