Responsibilities:
- To oversee the overall operation and administration of the Application Team to ensure the effective and efficient operations relating to the application aspects of the Building Maintenance Grant Scheme for Elderly Owners (BMGSEO) are maintained
- To partner with Government to develop and review the detailed policies and operational procedures relating to the BMGSEO from time to time
- To work with Buildings Department to align the practices and procedures under different schemes
- To work with Government to formulate communication strategy for dissemination of new policies and procedures or changes governing the different types of grants to the public
Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent in relevant housing management, building maintenance related discipline
- Recognized professional qualifications (e.g. MHKIH/ MHKIS or equivalent)
- Minimum 12 years’ relevant working experience with at least 4 years post qualification experience in the housing management or building maintenance field with at least 3 years of managerial experience
