Responsibilities:

• To facilitate the effective implementation of the Building Rehabilitation Platform (BRP), the all-in-one information center for building rehabilitation
• To maintain and update regularly the standard documents, practice notes and guidelines, cost reference center and lists of service providers
• To prepare the contract documentation, monitor the delivery of consultancy services and materials and to co-ordinate the relevant parties for satisfactory completion of the contract and prepare regular report on status and results
• To coordinate with key implementation partners and stakeholders, including government departments, NGOs, professional bodies and academics etc., in the planning, organization and implementation of all rehabilitation related programs and activities

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent in relevant building surveying / quantity surveying / construction management related discipline
• Recognized professional qualifications (e.g. MHKIS/ MHKIE/ MHKIA or equivalent)
• Minimum 12 years’ relevant working experience with at least 4 years post qualification experience in the building surveying / quantity surveying / construction management field with at least 3 years of managerial experience
