Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To provide support in the formulation of rehabilitation strategy including researching and surveying for supporting information, providing technical advice and cost estimating, carrying out analysis and studies, compiling statistical data, preparing management reports on findings and recommendations
  • To prepare proposals on rehabilitation strategy and schemes for management approval. Establish and maintain policies and operation procedures for implementation of approved rehabilitation strategy and schemes
  • To implement the rehabilitation strategies by leading teams to provide input to the planning, organization and implementation of all rehabilitation related programs and activities
  • To plan and supervise the outreach programs and household visits within identified areas to facilitate stakeholders’ understanding on the importance and benefits of building rehabilitation, persuade them to buy-in the building rehabilitation concept and their responsibility in building care

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent in relevant building/construction profession or housing management related discipline
  • Recognized professional qualifications (e.g. MHKIS/ MHKIE/ MHKIA/ MCIOB/ MHKIH or equivalent)
  • Minimum 12 years’ relevant working experience with at least 4 years post qualification experience in the building/construction or housing management field with at least 3 years of managerial experience
