Responsible for the entire chain of commercial activities related to the bidding and acquisition process. Analyses of Contract terms, preparation of bid documents alongwith T&Cs to safeguard Siemens interests and strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders both local and global teams In this role, you will be responsible for preparation of quotation costing, taxes, shipping costs, insurance which shall be a part of the Bid process. Any clarification for the respective topics will have to be clarified with the specialist departments A crucial part of the role would be to ensure that Siemens is safeguarded from any tax related exposures both locally and globally from the standpoint of PE by designing the business model to fit the customer needs. You will be responsible for PATAC and all PE related topics for the BU You will proactively manage the risks and opportunities (including the LOA process) during the bidding phase, thereby laying the foundation for successful project execution in the event of an order You will ensure smooth order booking and planning of sales forecast You will be closely coordinating with the Sales team and if required with the customers for all the opportunities for the BU You may also get opportunities for managing projects as a commercial project manager.
