Headline Job profile This position is responsible for strategic analyses and contributes to strategic development of Operating Company “Digital Industries” Change the future with us- Areas of Responsibility You conduct strategic analyses and contribute to strategic development of Business You support in the implementation of business strategies, guidelines and principles. You conduct strategic analysis in a broad range of topics (i.e. Market and competitors' analyses, benchmarking, analysis of strategic action fields). You continuously coordinate with Business Units for development of subordinated business strategies, and the related business plans, budgets, and generates the respective reports. You support strategic planning and evaluates strategic options of Business unit. You may act as trusted partner and advisor for strategic development. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds · An MBA qualification from reputed Business School, besides mandatory engineering, will be an added advantage You carry 5-10 years of experience in strategy, business excellence, process improvement, business consulting, sales and business development kind of roles You experience of working in product, solution and project in Automation and Drives business will be an added advantage. You have excellent communication & presentation skills Your analytical and learning skills will be the key to success in this role · You should be able to lead from the front demonstrating your Assertive and influencing skills.
