Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Regional CRM Champion to support stakeholders across the region to discuss business requirements associated with CRM development, and initiate improvements to make sure the system adequately meets our business needs
- Act as key CRM advocate in the Region, communicate CRM functions and promote its benefits across our business
- Develop and implement CRM training, and support CRM Super Users in the Region
- Oversee regular data quality improvement programmes to ensure high quality information on key clients across the Region
- As a member of CRM global team to work with Global Head of Client Systems and the CRM mangers from other regions to contribute to global CRM enhancement projects
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Degree in Business or technology-related fields (IT, engineering etc.), or equivalent
- At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in CRM
- With experience as business analyst or data analyst is an advantage
- Thorough understanding of how CRM plays a part in supporting business strategy
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels, especially with influencing and negotiation capabilities that help establish and grow solutions with key stakeholders
