Job Responsibilities:

- Develop new businesses and maintain close relationship with financial institutions in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas

- Prepare presentations, proposals and analyses related to potential bond issuance in the capacity of Issuer

- Execute DCM transactions and liaise with other professional parties in the capacity of Issuer

- Assist the team to execute other projects, including debt financing, syndicated loans, project finance, asset securitization, IPOs and international trade financing

Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance or related discipline

- At least 3 years’ experience in fixed income sales, syndicate, debt capital markets areas or corporate treasury is preferred

- Good knowledge of fixed income markets

- Capable to understand, analyze and communicate fundamental credit ideas

- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

- Independent, high sense of responsibility, detail-minded with positive attitude and able to work under pressure
