This exciting role offers opportunity to: Plans the sales Channels strategy for India region for entire CBO business for $2M USD and double the business in 4 years. Plan & Execute a Channel Management strategy viz the CBO Product lines dynamics Vs regional geographical Alignment. Establish strong pricing strategy for the channels viz the volumes, stocking plan, etc Develops and execute sales strategy through Channels / Distributors. Achieves the orders and sales numbers for CBO product line in the region for Channels with focus on growth drivers of 2X in four years. To drive a strategy for aligning major global wholesalers with local growth drivers for a clear “go to strategy” Plans Project coordination, Channel Project calls, Monthly forecast, CRM, CLM & Tender vet for the business. Develop and maintain key account relationships with these channels defined as strategic for the India growth initiative. Monitor market conditions, trends, competitor activities and assist in the capture of VOC to formulate the effective margin optimization for win win situation. Train the Channels on products, strategies, identify key drivers, product mix strategy etc. Develop an India for India localization plan, CAP extension plans, system solutions. Advices key strategy to Channels on stocking, local value added services, value proposition to customer, digital mindset, align 3 pillars of digital drive etc Qualifications Requirement: A minimum of 15-20 experience in a sale position preferably with firsthand knowledge of customers, focusing on present and future target markets – Oil & Gas, Pharma, Chemicals, etc vertical Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry relevant standards, Computer literate to intermediate/ advanced level in the Microsoft Office software suite & proficient in power apps, Siebel CRM, Sales Force CRM, Degree qualified with an Engineering Degree (BE / B.Tech) , having an management degree will be an added advantage.
