Job Description
Position is part of the Wealth Management Central Region Client Service Team. Manages a client service team responsible for providing quality client service and functional expertise in investment management, banking, fiduciary administration and sales. Maintains familiarity with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, as well as corporate policies and procedures. Coordinates and directs the daily operations of a client service team. Monitors work metrics and standards. Resolves team issues as required. Maintains relationships with Wealth Management teams to ensure a coordinated delivery of client service. May use knowledge of client issues to contribute to business development efforts. Resolves complex or non-routine client issues or inquiries as needed. Manages internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience. Maintains relationships with business teams to report client trends and needs. May use knowledge of client issues to contribute to process or policy enhancements. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Responsible for the achievement of team goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of team members. Team supports a selected number of client accounts ranging from moderate to highly complex. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and MBA preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of relevant work experience. Management experience preferred.
