Job Description
Job Summary Eaton is seeking a Manager, National Codes and Standards and Industry Relations to join our team in Moon Township, PA. This candidate will lead National Codes and Standards initiatives and industry relationships for Eaton’s ARS Group by representing Eaton in electrical industry task force groups, driving commercial engagement of C&S strategies and supporting the relationships between Eaton and various electrical industry representatives. Job Responsibilities Represent Eaton on industry task groups (ie NEMA, UL, etc) Support and strengthen relationships with industry associations and groups (IBEW, IEC, NECA, Mike Holt) Manage marketing communications, publications, articles and white papers establishing Eaton position on technology and regulatory issues Manage national codes and standards activities and strategies Stay current with emerging technology and regulatory trends Develop training materials and marketing presentations and present as required Adhere to safety policies and identifies safety issues aligned with MESH requirements Division IAEI leader coordinating national and local activities and relationships Lead division utility specification activities Develop and lead training curriculum development both internal and for industry partners Qualifications Education level required Bachelor’s degree Years and area of experience required Minimum 10 years’ experience in technical marketing, engineering or related field. Technical knowledge Technical understanding for emerging technologies Soft skills Excellent presentation skills and public speaking experience with minimum 3 years of training experience in the industry Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The annual salary range for this role, if based in Moon Township, is $131,250 - $192,500 a year. Since this role can be based in other locations, Eaton recognizes compensation requirements may be higher or lower in some geographies and will adjust the range accordingly.
