Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
Devise and implement C&B programs across the region to maintain external competitiveness and ensure alignment with regional/global remuneration principles.
Support the implementation of Corporate/ Regional HR projects e.g. Executive Bonus plan, Market data Management System, grading review, Performance Management etc.
Responsible for the HRIS project implementation for Asia Pacific on a timely basis through active communication with Global and country project teams.
Manage the end-to-end implementation of various C&B programs e.g. C&B Health check, salary & benefits benchmarking etc.
Lead annual C&B activities including salary review, bonus review and performance management.
Responsible for HR activities for the Asia Pacific office including but not limited to annual salary and performance review, benefits review and renewal, recruitment etc
Any other ad hoc projects or duties as assigned.
Requirements:
University graduate major in Human Resources Management or Social Sciences.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Good command of Mandarin.
Minimum 8 years’ C&B experience in a multinational corporations, experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience and regional experience is a big plus.
First class interpersonal and communication skills that is able to interact effective with people at all levels and functions.
Strong analytical skills, as well as good planning and project management skills.
A strong team player who enjoys working closely with people under a highly matrix organisation.
Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks within tight schedules with high level of ethics & integrity.
Willing to travel.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
