· Prepare data structure and conduct data analysis for retail credit risk
· Review and validate existing credit decision tools such as score cards, rating and policy rules for retail business, and propose initiation of new development and improvement of decision tools
· Monitor and analyze retail customer and retail portfolio risk parameters, conduct analysis on single and multiple parameters, conduct correlation and regression analysis on key risk parameters.
· Ensure integration of risk related inputs into working procedure by Operations Department
· Monitor credit risk of retail portfolio, identify trends and propose activities in order to protect SF risk position by using early warning instruments.
· Define and maintain risk related parameters in credit processing systems, and initiate risk related system improvement
· Check risk control quality of retail acceptance and collection process to ensure full compliance of risk policies at all times.
· Provide regular and ad hoc risk reports to management and external partiesl

· Knowledge on data analysis, data mining including data regression and score card modeling by using statistic tools such as SPSS, SAS etc.
· Knowledge in retail banking and automotive financing industry is a plus
· Fluent in Chinese and English
· Competent in IT systems, including MS Office, good command of Excel and Access. Knowledge of database design and database tools, knowledge on VB is a plus
