Job Description
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Develop CRM program strategy including KPI management, customer analysis and CRM-driven segmentation marketing.
- Develop and implement digital marketing efforts (advertising, promotion, member solicitation, member retention, up selling) to drive sales at EC platform.
- Analyze and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of EC marketing & CRM programs.
- Collaborate with other brand marketing and EC sales team and contribute to the integrated product and marketing planning.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Industry experiences: FMCG/ Infant Milk category is preferred.
- Position experiences: At least 3 years working experience related to CRM. Experience in E-commerce marketing is preferred.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication with Mandarin and English is must.
- Computer Skills: Familiar with office soft ware
- Mobility: Able travel based on business request.
