Job Description

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Develop CRM program strategy including KPI management, customer analysis and CRM-driven segmentation marketing.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing efforts (advertising, promotion, member solicitation, member retention, up selling) to drive sales at EC platform.
  • Analyze and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of EC marketing & CRM programs.
  • Collaborate with other brand marketing and EC sales team and contribute to the integrated product and marketing planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Industry experiences: FMCG/ Infant Milk category is preferred.
  • Position experiences: At least 3 years working experience related to CRM. Experience in E-commerce marketing is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication with Mandarin and English is must.
  • Computer Skills: Familiar with office soft ware
  • Mobility: Able travel based on business request.
