Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Head of Resource Development, the candidate is responsible for the development and implementation of resources mobilization strategy and fundraising campaigns in support of the humanitarian services of Hong Kong Red Cross.

Key Responsibilities:

• Device long-term resources mobilization strategy and implementation in the areas of one-off giving, corporate giving, acquisition and conversion
• Develop and cultivate partnerships with corporations and funding bodies
• Plan and implement public fundraising initiatives and campaigns and to manage their concept development, communications, promotions and evaluation of effectiveness
• Lead and implement fundraising activities for relief operations

Requirements:

• Degree Holder, preferably in Marketing and Communications Discipline
• At least 5 years of working experience in the field of marketing, event management, communications, fundraising or related fields, preferably with supervisory experience
• Solid experience in digital marketing and direct marketing
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese with good copywriting, proof-reading and presentation skills
• An all-round communicator and have solid experience on establishing connections with different commercial sectors
• Strong interpersonal and event management skills, ability to independently handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
