Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop company culture and engagement strategies;
- Design, develop and implement cultural intervention that shape and shift HK Express’s culture to deliver on the business strategy and people processes;
- Drive company’s employee engagement programs;
- Partner and collaborate with other departments to build relevant culture communications;
- Support the implementation of employee engagement activities and initiatives;
- Analyze culture data collected through our employee engagement survey and other culture relevant feedback, and develop interventions aimed at addressing culture “hot spots”
- Provide a favorable environment by overseeing office administration, facilities management, equipment maintenance
- Manage the project of office renovation, improvement work
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years’ professional experience with an emphasis on employee engagement, effectiveness, or other related HR disciplines
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and regulations
Desirable Qualities:
- Goal-oriented, self-starter
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to details
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple and varied tasks, while meeting all deadlines
- Can demonstrate customer service orientation and relationship/partnership building
- Positive attitude towards work and be a team player
