Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop company culture and engagement strategies;
  • Design, develop and implement cultural intervention that shape and shift HK Express’s culture to deliver on the business strategy and people processes;
  • Drive company’s employee engagement programs;
  • Partner and collaborate with other departments to build relevant culture communications;
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement activities and initiatives;
  • Analyze culture data collected through our employee engagement survey and other culture relevant feedback, and develop interventions aimed at addressing culture “hot spots”
  • Provide a favorable environment by overseeing office administration, facilities management, equipment maintenance
  • Manage the project of office renovation, improvement work

Qualifications:  

  • Minimum 6 years’ professional experience with an emphasis on employee engagement, effectiveness, or other related HR disciplines
  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and regulations

  • Goal-oriented, self-starter
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to details
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple and varied tasks, while meeting all deadlines
  • Can demonstrate customer service orientation and relationship/partnership building
  • Positive attitude towards work and be a team player
