Manager, Customer Propositions Marketing (Affuent) (12-month contract)

Hang Seng’s Marketing function is responsible for formulating marketing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives to build the brand of Hang Seng Bank, acquire new customers, strengthen customer loyalty to build long term relationships, and provide professional marketing support to different businesses to promote a comprehensive suite of products and services offered by the Bank.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Customer Propositions Marketing (Affuent) (12-month contract) .
Principal responsibilities:
- A brand guidance to manage different customer touchpoints to maximize brand exposures and consistency
- Formulate and implement marketing initiatives according to the business focus, deliver in a timely and orderly manner
- Create effective social media campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement
- Work closely with different stakeholders to develop a seamless and satisfied customer journey
- Monitor Branding, Advertising & Promotion budget
- Ensures that all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
Qualifications
Requirements
- University degree preferably in Communications or Marketing
- Proven experience in brand management and marketing for sizeable corporation, agency exposure will be an advantage
- A successful track record in digital and social marketing, experience in using data analytics tool
- Tech-savvy, act fast, with strong passion and creativity
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
- High proficiency of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
