To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As a Manager, Data Protection and Privacy, you will be responsible for the strategic lead and management of individual processes of the global Data Protection and Privacy Program, including but not limited to the subject rights management, training, M&A activities and audit procedures. The Manager Global Data Protection and Privacy will also be responsible for the coordination and execution of the organization's Data Protection and Privacy Program including but not limited to daily operations of the program, procedures, investigation and tracking of incidents and insuring data subjects' rights in compliance with global Data Protection and Privacy laws. Your main responsibilities: Strategically lead the Data Protection and Privacy training and communication program. Build Data Protection and Privacy training and communication multi-year execution strategy. Identifying, developing and deploying new tools and processes and continuously improving communications methods. Partner with the Digital Team to support implementation of device data strategy and help prepare for upcoming legislation. Independently lead and own privacy program components such as the subject rights management, training, M&A activities and audit procedures. Interface with senior management to develop strategic plans for the collection, use and sharing of information in a manner that maximizes its value while complying with applicable data protection and privacy regulations. Identify and drive improvement opportunities within the Data Protection and Privacy program. Conduct risk assessments and monitor internal controls, ensuring issues are documented and tracked to closure and liaison with relevant stakeholders. Perform crisis management when an incident arises, including identifying, investigating, and remediating privacy incidents and breaches in a timely manner consistent with program requirements, leading crisis communications, developing solutions to unexpected situations, identifying training opportunities and liaising with appropriate stakeholders to drive alignment and coordinated resolutions. Develop and maintain periodic reporting of privacy program components. Deploy self-service tools to support digital and other customer needs for program components, including privacy agreements, photo consent and surveys. Conduct risk assessments and monitor internal controls, ensuring issues are documented and tracked to closure and liaison with relevant stakeholders. Manage development and change management related to policies, communication, notices and guidance for the the privacy program. Oversee ADKAR change management and stakeholder alignment activities relative to data protection and privacy related initiatives.
