• Execution of bond transaction as a syndicate
• Providing pricing and market conditions to clients and bankers
• Collaborate with relationship teams to identify DCM opportunities and advise clients on appropriate debt capital structures
• Extensive transaction experience, including Public deals and Private Placement, on syndicate desk
• Degree holder in Finance / Business / Mathematics or related disciplines with
• minimum 3 years’ working experience in Capital Markets
• Possess sound financial market knowledge, rules and regulations of capital markets for HK and PRC markets
• Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Passes in HKSI Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4 & 9) with TMA qualification is a must

Candidate with more experience will be considered as AVP, Debt Capital Markets (Investment Banking)
