We are hiring Design Manager, Interior Design

As a Design Manager, Interior Design, we rely on you to

• Station in HK site and be mainly responsible for fitting out of a large scale renovation project
• Monitor the Design co-ordination process to ensure the interior design, structural, architectural and ME works are co-ordinated
• Monitor the work progress of consultants, contractors and other relevant parties to ensure the design schedule is met
• Site planning and inspections: safety and site cleanliness, quality control
• Oversee handover procedures and defects rectification for the ID works of the project
• Complete the entire ID Handover with proper training manuals, as-built drawings, testing results, and maintenance training
  

We are looking for someone who are/ have:

• Tertiary qualification in Interior Design / Architectural / Building Studies or a related discipline with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience
• Track record in hospitality projects is necessary
• Full-cycle experience is highly desirable
• Strong managerial skills with a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required
