We are looking for

Manager Digital Content

to support our Team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Point-of-contact with Marketing Studio in HQ, Germany

• Coordinate all visual and video assets with Marketing Studio for usage in eCommerce platforms
• Ensure strict timeline of assets delivery and quality
• Coordinate local product shooting and sample management

Production

• Oversee all production and shoots; coordinate the activities of KOLs (influencers), celebrities, photographers, and agency as required
• Monitor post-production processes in order to ensure accurate completion of all details and delivery of all assets on time
• Actively manage KOL relationship for ad hoc initiatives and activations surround eCommerce events

Content management

• Execute on content strategy for eCommerce; manage content calendar through a holistic lens, incorporating offline functions as opportunities allow to grow O2O connection
• Build and maintain content calendar; align closely with the Sales Manager for Tmall, .cn, and all other eCommerce marketing content needs
• Work closely with planning & operations teams to ensure alignment on styles selected for locally produced campaign
• Consider global content and apply to content strategy where relevant

Skills / Experience

• Digital native with social media, E-commerce and performance marketing understanding (essential)
• Production and content management experience (essential)
• Agency management experience (essential)
• Tmall experience (desirable)
