• What you will be doing:
  • Managing the hotel's website, social and traditional media, online, Customer Relationship Management,
  • Devising and implementing e-mail campaigns to enhance guest customer relationship management in both local and international markets
  • Executing social media strategies, developing specific methods to generate awareness, engagement and e-commerce conversion through social media
  • Developing comprehensive content management system, drone content, Iphone, videography and graphic designe
  • Writing, editing and profreading all digital content, digital promotions, social media photography, email newsletters and online outreach campaign
  • Nurturing and manage interactive buzz, focusing on blogs and social media sites
  • Providing regular reports to stakeholders on campaigns and social media metrics
  • Liaising with Digital Search Agency to optimise our presence across all search engines
  • Monitoring and responding to key travel sites through leveraging the hotel's reputation
  • Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices and seal contracts
  • Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events
  • Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details
  
  
  • Your experience and skills include:
    • 2 - 4 years experience in digital marketing / communications including social media
    • Knowledge of social marketing, creative copywriter with customer service background and demonstrated "buzz generation" using social media marketing tactics
    • Passionate about social media developments, online behaviour and treands within technology and hospitality industries
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and or Communications from an accredited university
    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Photoshop, Indesign, Iphone Photography, video editing
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
    • Ability to remain calm and courteous at all times
    • Highly responsible & reliable
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
    • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

      Fairmont Royal Pavilion is a intimate and luxurious 75 room hotel on the platinum west coast of the beautiful country of Barbados with easy access to the mouth watering culinary delights from our three restaurants.

      • You will be an intricate member of a close knit team offsite along with  the team members from all the other departments onsite which will provide you with the support and guidance you need to succeed
