The role of Customer Acquisition & Lifecycle Management, Consultant is to acquire new partners, manage partner relationship, and grow the digital business of AIA General Berhad

Partner Acquisition

  • Develop strategy and plan for partnership pipeline
  • Identify and acquire new partners for digital distribution
  • Prepare and pitch proposition to partners, working with relevant teams on product concepts
  • Negotiate commercial terms and marketing support with partners
  • Manage all legal agreements and compliance requirements necessary for partnership
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritise partnership roll out

Partner Onboarding

  • Onboard new partners by defining and agreeing on ways of working (and technology integration where applicable)
  • Liaise with relevant teams and stakeholders for setting up of product, customer interface, purchase journey and fulfillment
  • Manage launch timelines between partners and AIA

Relationship Management

  • Key contact point for all partner communication
  • Manage and align partner goals and expectation with AIA
  • Grow value of partnership through new product innovation and proposition
  • Evaluate partner performance and develop ways of improving and growing conversions Key person to manage and administer partner platforms (where applicable)
