Job Description

Manager, Digital Marketing will manage the execution and optimization of digital marketing efforts across properties under Melco Resorts and Entertainment. The role will support overall property marketing campaigns and objectives along with the individual BUs. The role is expected to leverage current and future E-Commerce trends and customer / market dynamics in alignment with business goals, to deliver customized, effective and cost-efficient digital marketing programs, to drive increase of revenues.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to explore and recommend E-Commerce opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to support overall BU marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze KPI and metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement of UI/UX, website content and campaigns optimization
  • Manage and execute key digital strategies including digital marketing campaigns, SEM, SEO, programmatic and digital content.
  • Manage and work closely with external digital vendors/agencies
  • Subject matter expert who maintains awareness of competitive benchmarks, best practices, market trends, and competitive activity

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Strong experience of managing multiple projects in the area of e-Commerce, web based projects, CMS, platforms and interfaces
  • Multi-tasker with ability to juggle many projects
  • Team player able to work with all levels within the organisation
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-Commerce

Education

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related area e.g. Bachelor of Marketing, Digital, Communications, Business or International Studies

Skills / Competencies

  • Direct to consumer ecommerce experience is highly preferred
  • Understand and have knowledge in SEO and SEM
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong computer literacy, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to partner with multiple cross functional teams
  • Expertise in conversion optimisation
  • Flexibility and resourceful to respond to a fast-paced work environment with shifting deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal skills in English
